OVERVIEW
Primary tumors of the central nervous system represent one of the most complex challenges in modern oncology and require a highly specialized multidisciplinary approach. Recent advances in molecular classification, advanced imaging, surgical and radiotherapy techniques, and novel systemic and precision therapies have substantially changed the diagnostic and therapeutic landscape of brain tumors.
The Padua Masterclass in Neuro-Oncology 2026 aims to provide an updated and integrated overview of the management of primary brain tumors, with a focus on low- and high-grade gliomas, such as glioblastoma, and meningiomas. The scientific program addresses key clinical decision points, from diagnosis and response assessment to emerging treatment strategies.
The Masterclass features keynote lectures and scientific sessions delivered by internationally recognized experts in neuro-oncology, offering participants direct exposure to state-of-the-art knowledge and global perspectives. Emphasis will be placed on innovative imaging modalities, multi-omics approaches, early-phase clinical trials, and novel therapeutic strategies, including immunotherapy and targeted treatments.
